At the present moment Trump Towers III is 65% sold out , where TT I is completely sold out and TT II is almost sold out.
Maintenance fees depend on the sq ft of the condo. For instance unit 2505 2bed/ 2bath with 1463 sq ft maintenance is $785 .unit 1602 with 1979sq ft -3bed/3bath has maintenance fee of 1,093.

The HOA fees for one bedroom 2 bath unit at Paramount bay on the 16th floor is $763 for 1240sq ft. 2 bedroom 10th floor is $1,122 for 1728sq ft.3 beds/3 baths on 24th floor is$ 1,300 for 2,149 sq ft.
These are the exact numbers for exact units that are on the market at the moment.
