As a mother of two girls who were born here in Miami, I can tell you first hand just how much this city has to offer for children.

Ice skating, sailing lessons, museums, after school programs, movies in the park, bowling, and bike riding, educational outings.

First you need to confirm with your building that this is feasible. If in fact it is than you would need to know what the terms are. Lastly, hire an agent who cam recommend a price point that will move the property quickly as not loose one month of rent.

I haven't heard of gifting clubs but there may be some kind of down payment assistance program. Start calling around to brokers and lenders and see what is availble. Gifts general have to come from a family member not a third pary organization.
