Suggest you leave a very clear message stating your timing goals and intentions to look at alternatives. Let her/him know you'd prefer working with her, but if she/he doesn't respond you will move on.

This will be complicated if you signed an exclusive buyer agreement, but if you did, then I suggest you contact the broker/manager right away. She/he should address your concerns and get your prompt assistance either from your current agent or an alternative.

Good luck, you are really down to the wire now, hope you make that deadline. Those darn short sales can really be frustrating and distractive.

You can use Trulia's "Stats and Trends" menu, then choose "Market Trends" to see a graph. It looks like prices are going to drop another 20%. Wait another year to buy, save another 20%. Good Luck
