I do not recommend The Hamptons. The people there do not care about the residents of the community. Trust me, I know.

Hello,

By way of introduction my name is Mike Luzzo of Easy Street Realty. The web server has provided me your information and I am here to help. I noticed by your keywords that you are looking for a rental. To your benefit I work very closely with a top notch property management group called Verandah properties. Below is a letter from the managing broker of Verandah, Pamela McNab-Syvertson. This information will point you in the right direction for your needs and will expedite your process. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Thank you for your email. First let me say, that there is no centralized and/or organized way to go about looking for a rental property in Orlando. When someone wants to purchase, there is, and all Realtors work together to show properties of their own and of other Realtors to try and help a buyer find a property. Alas; in rentals, there is not.
What I can give you are a few tips; One please check out my company's website at www.verandahproperties.com and if there are any properties on our list that meet your criteria, we can set you up with our company's Leasing Agent to show you the properties that work for you. If you don't see anything, please check www.rentals.com and/or www.freerentalsite.com; the majority of Property Management companies pay to have their inventory listed on one or both of these sites so you can really get a lot of good information in one place. Unfortunately, you'll have to do your due diligence and contact the management companies directly for those properties you're interested in. Alternatively, a property management company that I know of has come up with a system to try and bridge the gap, however they do charge a fee to show properties to potential renters.....this may be valuable to you, only you can decide. You can reach them at www.leasingorlando.com

I wish I could be of more help, but do hope this information was helpful to you. Thank you!

I will be glad to work with you. My office is in the Metro West area, and I do a lot of rentals there.

Hi Verlesia,

Please feel free to contact me directly carlrealtycenter@aol.com. I can set a search up for you and you’ll see everything that’s currently available for rent, and will be notified if something matching is newly listed.

We can then make arrangements to meet at any places you might be interested in and see inside.

I hope to hear from you.

Unfortunely since I manage individually owned houses and condos there is no way of knowing what will be available unitl you are within 30 days. You can get an idea of prices but the rental market is rapidly changing and rentals are in very high demand. My website is www.JulieRents.com where I list availble properties as soon as I get them but I can't take them off the market for more than 30 days. ... more
