Some cases are special, Owners and/or manager do not accept evictions, but others do if they meet the other requirements (Salary requirement, background check, credit check, ect) and they may ask for a larger security deposit or additional Advance rent. So depending on the area you are moving or the owner/manager you have that will be your answer. Should you need my assistance give me a call. Good luck in your search.

You're not going to get a lot of responses to your question on here because you're inquiring about a rental, and theres very little $ in it for agents to help people get in to rental properties. Metro West is a fine place to live. I really don't think there is any part of MW better than others. Personally, I wouldn't want to live right along Kirkman Road, due to the noise and traffic, but thats just my preference.

If you'd like to see the property you inquired about 6131 Westgage Drive #101, let me know and I can meet you there some time soon. If you do rent this place, hopefully in a year or so, when you're ready to buy (or you win the lottery) you'll remember to call me to help you in your new home search.

If there was any negative part of Trulia then it is these Realty Trac postings. They just get folks all excited when the home is not even for sale yet and may not be for as long as a year !!. If you are interested at all in buying a foreclosure like this one then Trulia is not the best place to be looking. Realty Trac just wants you to sign up with them and pay for foreclosure information which I can let you have for free!! Please e mail me with a note of what you are looking for and I will be happy to send you all the listings , that are available for sale, that meet your requirements.

Hamptons at Metrowest makes me sad. It's such a pretty complex, but really is the poster-child for everything that went wrong with real estate!

I'm in and out of there all the time, always hopeful to see repairs beginning, but nothing yet. Frankly, waiting for a resolution through the courts is probably pointless, as any judgement is likely to be years away and the entities being sued are likely to never pay or make good. The association needs to put their big-kid pants on, determine what the repairs will cost, get them done via a special assessment and MOVE FORWARD!

Getting the repairs started will repair the market-value foundation in the community, perhaps open the complex to being deemed "financable" and attract actual owner-occupants!

Until there is some sort of move in this direction, I advise all my clients away.

Great place Bermuda Dunes, located on the Golf course. The other agents are correct they go very quickly.
Currenty there are only 8 active listings 1bed-3bed price range of $41,900-$99,000. The HOA is $374 per month.
If you are interested, you'll want to have your financing in order. If this is a cash transaction all the better and
you'll need your proof of funds to submit with the offer.
