If it's a rental, you must follow the Landlord Tenant Laws regarding eviction. If there is a purchase contract on the home, you need to analyze the terms contained in it and follow those. If you aren't sure, get an attorney to review your agreements and advise you. Eviction is a very specific process that must be followed, with just cause or you could end up being the one in trouble or the whole process starts over.
