I don't know how you found this "nut" and am sorry for your poor treatment. This situation is the reason to NEVER rent from a private party. From what you explain, it "seems" she has violated the AZ Landlord Tenant Act. Contact an attorney! Bring your lease to your first meeting. You'd be surprised how quickly a certified letter from a law office will set things right!!!

Best of luck to you!

You can go to a AZ Sex Offenders Search and then type in your address and it will show you the offenders and the level that they are in your area.

Here is the link or you can google it.

Hi Michelle,

This is actually an apartment community, not a condo or home, so it isn't in our database. That said, I did some checking on the internet for you. You can go to:

for more information on the apartments. It doesn't list washer & dryer in the unit, but it does say the community has laundry facilities so I would guess that this complex has shared facilities for their tenants.

Hope this helps.

This home is about five minutes from the Loop 202 (Red Mountain) Freeway and about ten minutes from the I60. Its in an area of town where the freeways are not congested, so on-ramp access is pretty much always very easy.

Please let me know if you would like to see any more homes in this area. I work extensively and live in Mesa, and can offer you my knowledge and expertise.

This home is not currently listed on the MLS.
Unfortunately, with Trulia, Zillow, and other third party sites, a lot of the homes that are listed are old listings and not up to date, there's no telling when this home sold.

BUT, the fortunate news, I did send you some listings, up to 100k, in Mesa. If you see one that you are interested in seeing, I would be more than happy to take some time and show you!

OR, if you would like, I do have a website that offers you to search like a pro, as real-estate agents do. AND, you get to search in the criteria, YOU WANT! Pretty awesome, huh?

Liza Rhima answered:

Yes there are lease options and lease purchases available in Mesa though these make up a small portion of the listings. In Mesa the prices for a lease option/purchase start at $99,900 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. An example of lease purchase terms are $10,000 down payment and $927 rent per month. A lease option example is $20,000 down payment for 3 year option. The terms are as varied as the owners. The alternative is for seller financing. I've seen terms as low as $2,900 down and $795 per month.

I can set up your own search portal through the MLS and you can start looking at homes online. My services are at no cost to you.

Thank you,
