Along with the amount of homes for sale being low, the amount of homes for rent are low as well. Many landlords want a year lease so their home is not vacated in winter. You can try local agents who may have a home owner who needs to rent their home short term. Robert nothing beat sthe actual rent rold from the current landlord. It will show you exactly what they are paying and who behind if anyone... If the property is vacant than contact a property management company and ask them the going rates in that and neighborhood. If you have a buyer broker assisting you in finding properties, then they can do the research for you. ... more
