I have a moderate income studio for sale in Washington Oaks in Princeton. It has a full kitchen, full bath and washer dryer. It's owned by Princeton Township and they will purchase it back when you are ready to move. Price ranges from approx $77,000 - $135,000 depending on your income which must be between approx $31,000 and $51,000 to qualify. This can be purchased with NO MONEY DOWN. So, it's actually cheaper than rent in most cases. It's a great deal. If you would like more information, give me a call. 609-439-2282 Best and good luck! Linda ... more

In addition if they have an agent already working on their behalf you may be bringing in confusion when it comes to representation. As a parent I can relate to wanting to help. (even if it comes across as perhaps medling). ... more

Large rooms, with lots of natural daylight and walking to shopping and amenities , park and Princeton?

Hi Matthew - If you haven't found a place yet, Bordentown City might be an option for you. We have a light rail train station in town (the entire town is basically walking distance to it :) that would take you to Trenton where you could transfer to NJ Transit and head up to Rutgers. It's a great community! ... more
