It is hard to give an exact figure on the cost of insurance on a home like that. There are many varibles to consider. But, on an average you can use 1.5% to 2.% of the purchase price as a good starting point.

This property is not being sold on our MLS. It is an auction property. I have done several auction properties in the past and if you are truly intersted I can help you with this property. Information is not always readily available when the property is with an auction company. Sometimes you can view it but lately the banks are allowing tenants to continue to live in the property after foreclosure and you cannot view the inside. I have found this to be true with many of the auction.com properties. Depending on the listing agent you may not be able to get much information concerning the tenant or lease if the property is indeed leased. My cell/test is 321-223-7055. Or my email is amyseidita@aol.com if you would like a further investigation. ... more

The property you inquried about is in Crystal Lakes subdivision in Melbourne Beach. The physical address is 395 Ross Avenue. The lot has only a boat dock and is not large enough to build on.
There are other canal/riverfront lots in Melbourne Beach. If you are interested I would be happy to sent that information.

Good Morning Susan;
You may be right.
Even though properties in this price range take longer to sell, it's been on the market for 295 days with no price change.
If you are interested in the property would you consider making an offer on it based on the current values?
Or can I help you find a fantastic property in the area?
Please let me know; and thanks.

This property does have an HOA fee of $300 per year. Homes can be purchased in Melbourne Beach and approximately 4 miles south of Us 192 South Beaches continues south on the barrier island to Sebastian Inlet that is 17 miles south of US 192.

This location is close to the River 100 yards or more and less than a quarter mile to the ocean..
