I would use a local rental professional to save time and money and also to make sure you don't miss a great rental.

Alison Hillman answered:
You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Best,
Ali

Hi Bauerfoto,

That is a different kind of "flip" for experienced developers.
The property has to have specific criteria, or a lot of upside, or both.

Of course choosing a local real estate pro can help you save a lot of time.
(Not me, I'm on the Cape, but I can help you choose a local pro when you are ready.)

I am a Realtor who has lived in Medford, MA for the past 26 years, my office is located between Harvard Square and Porter Square in Cambridge, Ma. If you are searching to buy Real Estate, entertaining the thought of downsizing, and would like to get a free market analysis of your property, or need a listing agent to sell your property I am a full time Real Estate agent and very familiar with the competitive market. These listings are older and I just got to view the question. I will look forward to answering any newer questions that may arise. ... more

Fisheye lenses are not always the best lense to use for photos.
I tend to think there are more other reasons a property doesn't sell, though.

Unfortunately, when you see the realtytrac logo, you can be pretty sure that the listing is more designed to get you to buy their "service" than it is to help you buy the property.

The others are correct that the house is not currently for sale and it may be a while before the bank puts it on the market. I live in Somerville and do a lot of work in Medford--if you'd like I'd be happy to set up an MLS account for you so that you will find out about it as soon as it does go on the market. If you'd like me to do that please call or write to me directly.

Hi Marlena - This is a 2-family house that the bank has not yet put on the market. I agree with Scott that signing up with Realty Trac may not be too helpful. If you e-mail me I will be happy to send you some information about the house.

The listing says 2 car. It is to a front to back garage, so the first one in is the last one out.
