You can manually edit the images. As long as you have a profile and have added the listing to your profile. If you are the homeowner, ask your agent to manually do it.

On line evaluations are for the entertainment of those with real estate on their mind.
A SERIOUS evaluation requires boots on the ground NOT data bytes in the clouds.

Why would it be so low? Because data is included that are not comparable, out of date, and/or based on data that is incorrect. If you want real data, you need to go where the serious folks go.

Due to not knowing what life can dish out , you will see buyers and sellers at any time of year. Job changes, family needs , financial reasons all came bring forth a seller or buyer any time of year , When you are motivated , then do what will best suit you life style and needs.

There will be some definite advantages to using one agent for both transactions, but possibly some disadvantages as well. It really depends on the services you need, the type and price range property you are selling and buying, your familiarity with different areas, etc. Every selling and buying situation are unique. I have sold properties in both areas and would be glad to learn more about your needs and wants and discuss options I can offer to you on both ends. My approach will be to develop a plan of action for both transactions and a fee structure based on the time and resources needed to accomplish your goals.
