Every development is different. Some have rules prohibiting you from parking them in front, while other do not. If this is a concern then you need to let your buyer broker know so that they can focus on showing you properties in developments that do not prohibit you from having your toys parked on site. ... more

Other factors not yet mentioned include: are you asking for any seller paid closing costs, how long is your Due Diligence period, how much earnest money and/or due diligence fee will accompany the $150k offer, etc.

The amount of negotiated points on an offer is surprising. Let me know how the offer turned out if you have already made it!

The most important thing to do is to make sure you have a good enough mix of open and active accounts that currently report your positive payment history to all 3 bureaus right now. Without open and active accounts, your score will not improve enough to buy a home.

The next thing to do is to begin working with a loan officer that can provide you the insight to decide the best loan program for you.

I've always heard that here in NC, it takes one to buy a home, two to sell-- both spouses must sign to sell. Everybody is telling you to consult a real estate attorney and it is for good reason.
