This did happen to me with Sand Pointe listing. showed my listing in the culdasac. I kept telling them I never entered my listing to be located in the culdasac. I think I have fixed the issue. The search engines that pick up our listings for other web sites populate words generically not necessarily the way we write them in context. So then we have a misrepresentation and we don't know until we stumble across it, or someone points it out to us. Review your wording in the text of your multiple listing description and features. Review how you described your listings location and the surrounding neighborhood in the text of other social internet marketing you are doing. You may have to re word something or delete something that is triggering that response. You can also as I mentioned before, contract the source for their assistance. Again, Happy ThanksGiving.
