How can the google maps photo from Trullia be deleted and replaced with a more current photo? The property has been remodeled and no longer looks run down.....

When You say cheap places to live on Maui it is all relative to your budget.
Dinits Realty helps with First Time home buyers, Luxury Buyers and professional investors.

When you say cheap the first place I think of is Harbor Lights in Kahului.

Then I think of the Kihei area where you will find a 2 bedroom condo very affordable.

Because this is such a popular question we have a one click search for condos for sale in Maui under 200K

Yeah, Geraldine is right, you probably won't find a studio for $600 a month and have it include everything you want.

i would recommend reaching out to your sphere's sphere to see if anyone has an extra room in their home that they would be willing to rent to you for $400 to $500 a month...with everything you listed as part of that monthly amount.

Good luck.

If you are a member of RAM (Realtors Assn. of Maui) you can input rentals into the MLS under the rental category. If you're not a member, you can ask your REALTOR to do this for you.

Is it legal? All this is in conflict with federal laws; cannabis is a Schedule I drug according to the Controlled Substances Act. Multiple efforts to reschedule cannabis under the Act have failed, and the United States Supreme Court has ruled in United States v. Oakland Cannabis Buyers' Coop and Gonzales v. Raich that the federal government has a right to regulate and criminalize cannabis, even for medical purposes. I'm not for or against the medical use of this schedule1 drug. Just as Realtor's and citizens we have strict laws to follow, this being just one of them. Maybe you should check at your medical dispenser if they have any occupancy's available? ... more

That is probably all covered in the language of your purchase contract. If no agent was involved, you should consult with your attorney to explain the legalities of the lease agreement. Congratulations on acquiring a unit.
