Hi Arnold,

Any grace period you may or may not have would be stated in your Lease. Do you have a copy? If not, please check with your landlord and ask for a copy of it. The rent is due on the first of each month, according to your above question - sometimes there is a late fee charged after the 5th day, the 10th day or the 15th day. It will definitely state so in your lease.

If you would like to discuss this further or have any other questions, please contact me directly by phone at (516)410-3594 or email at Arlynn@ArlynnPalmer.com.

Regards,
Arlynn B. Palmer
