You didn't indicate an address, so we can't help you. Please be very careful with rentals on this site and any that allow the general public to post. There are many scams out there that clone existing for sale listings and collect deposits while saying they are out of the area, or the country and just want a "good person" to take care of the house.
Contact any local agent to pull up the address and confirm it's a legitimate rental and then schedule a time to see it.

Each landlord determines what they will accept for credit. I would encourage you to get on the phone and contact the local apartments in the area you are interested in and see what they say.
