Hi there! I am not local to Baltimore, but I have found a national service I like a lot. With several properties in different areas, they have been able to offer clear and comprehensive tenant screenings for all of them. It's www.tsci.com. They offer local and national information, and you can pick to have the renter pay for the credit report, making the entire process free for you! Their online system is super easy to use as well.

Here's their latest blog article about attracting quality tenants to your property:

The front foot benefit charge is a legally enforceable charge, similar to homeowners association dues and condominium fees. Recordation of the right to collect the charges is in land records and is a lienable right against the property if not paid in a timely manner.

Upon execution of the contract to purchase your home, this charge should have been disclosed in the contract if you are the original owner of the property. In addition, the Declaration of Water and Sewer Charges is in public records and should have been disclosed by the title company upon their title search. If there was an outstanding balance on the property by the previous owner, your title insurance may cover the previous outstanding balance. If this is the case, contact the title insurance company.

Faith answered:
Hello Eric,

The data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit or remove the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates on Trulia when discrepancies are identified at the next data collection cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process.

That said, you have the ability to edit your home facts that appear in the Owner Information section. This includes editing the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, home features, description and more.

Please know the 'Edit Home Facts' feature is currently removed from all property pages. While we do not have a time frame for when this will be restored, I can assure you this is only temporary.

Please be assured if you are intending to sell your home, you (or your agent if you choose to use one) will have the ability to create a new listing with new information. The new listing will override the off market property page with the incorrect information.

Thank you for using Trulia!
