It is hard because so many people think of Marshfield as summer, summer, summer/beach beach beach and do the weekly thing. Carol, there are many yearly rental places available in the towns of Marshfield, Scituate, Cohasset and Duxbury. It does of course depend upon your budget. I know it is confusing sometimes on the internet because all rentals whether yearly or weekly are listed together. You can go through each listing yourself on Trulia or I would be glad to review each one with you. I will make an appointment at your leisure to view any of the properties that interest you. Rentals do tend to go fast so please contact me as soon as possible. In all of these communities we have wonderful amenities such as marinas, beaches, hiking trails, and very friendly neighbors.
