This is in a community called lakeside plantation in North Port. It takes about 25 minutes drive time to get to the beach. The closest beaches are in Venice and Englewood. You can go to my web site which has a web link to this and other communities http://www.tammyhayes.remaxagent.com.

I am an agent in Sarasota, FL. This property is not within (a reasonable) walking distance of a beach. You could walk to the beach but it would take hours.

Tanya, Having read your answer and Nelle's answer, I'm thinking maybe you want to rethink, edit (or delete) your answer??

Nelle, a FL agent, says the home is not in walking distance to a beach..........

Maybe relying on a map to answer a question in another state isn't the best way to "help" someone online.
