This is going to depend on the property. The electricity will be Sevier Electric. If you ask them nicely in many cases they will provide you information. Many houses are heat pump however a lot are also on propane. Water in the city of Gatlinburg for just water and trash runs about $30.00 Some subdivisions have community water and or sewer. The rates very I am aware of one that charges $60 a month for water, sewer, and trash. If the property is bank owned it very hard to have a history. Electric rates are reasonable.

Do you have a rough range for those electrical rates? "Reasonable" can mean different things to different people. I'm coming from an area with cheap living costs, so I don't want to spend a lot of money on electrical rates if there are better options out there. | http://ctenergysavings.com

There are many different rates with things like this. You may want to look into asking a contractor about each. For example my brother has been asking electricians about the different rates. http://ctenergysavings.com/epp/energy_provider_plans
