The house is not in foreclosure. The house has been occupied by the property owner and is being rented for the 1st time as they move away for business. The interior of the house is in impeccable condition and the pricing is warrented.

because (Susan), the real estate agents over price the houses trying to get as much profit as they can. They are really good at that in Oregon.
