Due to the sink holes in the area. Beacon Woods had one last year that opened up and caused the entire back half of the house to fall in without any warning. Beauly Cir in Trace Highlands had one found under the house and the one for sale at 14345 Beauly Cir has a sink hole under it so the owner is trying to sell before the unsupected buyers find out about it. This is why they keep dropping the price.

It's really just that time of year! Plus, the entrance of new listings onto the
market was held back while property prices "evened out"....Now those pent
up sellers are sensing that the market has hit bottom and are placing their homes
on the market. Retireee's want to go to a bigger home or return home....estate sales
where heirs sell property....short sales or bank owned sales...illness....all factor into
our market giving you a stellar opportunity to buy a great unit in an awesome community.

Beacon woods is a huge community. So while there are a lot of homes on the market , it is but a fraction of the total homes.
