Neither Trulia.com nor any other public websites were never meant to be a source for professional valuations. Amateurs can use publicly available listings to do their homework but BPO must meet higher standards. Only combining MLS data with broker's own expertise can produce a high-quality price opinion.

Your best resource for sold comps is the MLS. Sounds like you need to talk to a Realtor in your area who has access to your MLS.

Why would anyone doing a BPO need to look here for sold comps? They would use a much more reliable source like the MLS system. I never knew solds were listed here, seems odd that they would.
