Hi Metmet~

This property is not currently active. However, I'd be happy to send you a list of available condos in Century Village. Call or e-mail me and we'll chat!

You can West Palm Beach real estate agent, but that agent will tell you that the value you see on this West Palm Beach condo has absolutely no bearing on the actual sales price.

Currently this condo in West Palm Beach has been foreclosed upon and is not yet available. The transfer value, unfortunately, does not refer to the value it will take to transfer this condo to a buyer.

If you are interested in purchasing a West Beach condominium, give your real estate agent in West Palm Beach an idea of what you are looking for in terms of numbers of beds and baths, location, and comfortable price range. Your realtor will be able to send you a list of condos that are currently available, along with the current asking prices.

It says it is bank owned so I am sure they will not be renting it, they will get around to selling it. Banks don't play landlords. In a month or more they will list it for sale with a local Realtor for sale.
I would say you don't need to contact anyone about it.
