A Real Estate Professional like myself would have to go out and take a look at the double wide to see what kind of condition it is in and go from there. There is no set answer here. The value would have to be determined by its condition, neighborhood, and the value of other mobile homes in that immediate area that sold within the last year or less. This would just be a comparative market analysis or (CMA) that can be done by an experienced, licensed real estate professional. This would only be an estimate of the value and not an appraisal of the property.
