Well hello again. This is your 27th question on Trulia. The best advice is to pick one realtor to work with that you trust and have them check out what you are after.

Hello Tracey. It is always best to due your own due diligence when considering a potential neighborhood to live in. Realtor's can only do but so much. Consider talking with residents, go to the local precinct for crime statistics, and sit in on a classroom at the local school. This can help when making the decision of which neighborhood to choose. I always tell my client's; "Go explore all the neighborhoods you are considering during different times of the day!"

I hope this answered your question! If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me by the ways below.

Hey Jennifer,

I'm sure Mark didn't mean any harm by his comment, but it would be best to find a realtor that you would like to work with to answer all of your questions!

If you'd like more information on the schools in this area, you can check out this pdf, which portrays the grade each school received over the past couple years. The second link has information on school in orange county as well.……

Good luck with your search and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

The question is subjective, therefore if unfamiliar with the area, take the time and revisit more than once and at different times of day; for school information check also consider a visit to the school district....

This area is pretty good Lockhart elementary is seen as average , but Lake Brantley is rated as a very nice high school, what grades are your children attending?
