Taxes are arrived at by using the millage rate for the property (which in most cities is different for each school district. The 2012 taxes on that Hamilton property were $1613. There is a chart on my website about half the way down for the different millage rates in Farmington Hills;

2013 rates just came out yesterday so none of our systems are updated yet, but they shouldn't have changed by much.

Hi Carole,

The taxes should be approximately $2,000/year if the home is your primary residence and approximately $2,500/year if the home is not your primary residence. Hope that helps!
