what does contingent SI mean?

Looking at a house on the internet and it reads contingent SI. Can anyone explain what this means?

It is under an accepted contract that is Subject to and Inspection (SI).

The house has been negotiated and is now going through inspection. If the insoection checks out ok then the lender (if ant) will order appraisal and if it appraises for the amount they agreed upon it will close.
