The HOA fee (Home Owners Association) is not set by the owner, but by the community and cannot be changed. It most be paid every month to cover building maintenance. Was this answer helpful? If so please click on the "green thumbs up" or the "best answer".

First HOA mean Home Owner Association.

These fees are non negotiable. They are set by the HOA board and every home owner who lives in the community pays these fees.

Regarding this Palm Springs North property the fee is paid once a year.
