In Coos County, you will find million dollars homes next to or across the street from $low income homes! This is not good or bad, because most folks stay to themselves and you won't know if you are in the highest priced property or the lowest property inside your home! Unless, the 'hood' has a lot of 'tweekers' and there several in Coos Co. we are a proud County with 63000 souls that are peaceful and the 10% here are the same 10% in any area of the USA, except they don't shoot each other as much! Come on down, pick a million dollar home/site for pennies on the dollars, enjoy and shop local!! Geno Community Activist!

This conditions vary greatly on Seven Devils. There are really rough homes that need quite a bit of work and then there are homes in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 range. You have to look at the neighboring properties to determine if it is worth it.
