It seems most people here are not answering your question....
The place you are speaking of has homeowners dues that include membership at the golf club included in them.
The dues are $691.00 a month.
This is a short sale and they have other pending offers already, but they are looking for more offers.
There are late dues that will need to be paid by the buyers as well....they also have an age restriction for this property.

If you would like more information, feel free to contact me directly!

Homeowners association fees are monthly dues that may include water, sewer, garbage, cable,
gas, earthquake insurance, common areas, landscaping, and a percentage should go into a
reserve account. Every condo HOA fee covers different items. The above is an example. Hope
this helps.

HOA fees is the amount charged on a monthly basis for a Home Owners Association. If the property you are looking at has an association there might be a HOA fee for property maintenance and upkeep of the area. Typically this is a condition of the purchase; a buyer isn't given an option to reject it. Most homeowner associations are incorporated, and are subject to state statutes that govern non-profit corporations and homeowner associations
