The market in Clifton seems to have evened out. The prices right now are lower then they have been in about 8 years and the slide seems to have stopped. I have lived in Clifton for the past 25 years and thnk its a great town to live in. Prices at this time, depending on the area of the city your are looking at range from the low 200's to the 750 range.
