Not enough information to work with to make the assumptions based on Cycle Low theory or forecasting by way of charts. 1989 was last major collapse and prices dropped even further to only rebound where they were 10 years later.

At least some assumptions need to go into the amount of capital allocated and cost of those funds to the nation visa- vie a recession, budget deficit and or world wide inflation. The impact of the housing write down and un resolved nature for a work plan pending a stimulus plan. . . pending Do you - kind of see - what I mean?

No sorry, cant buy the presumption. . .not now at least.
