If you're looking for a home in an active adult community in Boynton Beach, and you have a dog of 50+ pounds, ask your Boynton Beach realtor to bring you to Venetian Isles.

Homes in Venetian Isles are typically at least 1500 square feet in size and well laid out and priced from the low to the mid 200,000s. There is an active clubhouse with dozens of organized activities, plus a pool, gym, and card rooms.

More important, you'll be in a people friendly community where large dogs are welcome companions.

If and when you are looking buy or rent and you do have a large breed dog, you really should work with
a local Realtor, your own buyers agent, who will be able to research what you need to know especially in your case whether your size and breed of dog is accepted.... A buyers Agent requires from you the buyer your 100 % loyalty and commitment to this one Realtor, so that he or she also can commit to you, and work on your behalf and in your very BEST interest, Remember the service is free to you for all
listings listed by another brokerage or theirs, as the buyers agents are for those properties paid at the
closing by the seller's side!
By the way I love German Shepherds, lovely breed.
Good Luck to you

Hi Martin, pets have to be under 30lbs, according to the HOA rules. If you would like a list of the communities that allow larger breeds, email me.

I would be glad to help you find a home for you and your German Shepherd!
