Ashly,

Talk to your lender and she/he'll be able to tell you. I'll be happy to connect you with one or two lenders if you don't know any.

We need to get you with a lender to go over this with you.
If you need an approximate amount.
$1100 for mortgage
$300 for taxes
$50 for insurance
$150/month HOA dues.
So about $1600/month....

a lot of this can depend though on how much you put down, what kind of credit score you have, etc.

I agree, it is best to contact a mortgage lender so they can take a look at your financial situation and determine how they can best assist you! I work with several reputable lenders, if you would like their contact info, please let me know.

You should speak with a mortgage loan officer for this answer. Your payment will depend on your loan; down payment, interest rate, and a few other factors. If you don't have a lender I am happy to get you in contact with some. Janet Nelson, (cell 972-658-4401), janleeking@yahoo.com.

I recommend contacting a lender at the beginning of your home search. They can tell you how much your principal, interest, tax and insurance payments will be. They can also tell you what kind of loan programs are available and how much you qualify for. If you need help with your search or you're ready to look at properties, give me a call. I can recommend some great lenders too. Good luck.
