I live relatively close to this address. It takes me 25 minutes to into a street parking spot at CofC if I leave around 10-10:30 a.m. However, if you're going to need to be there at 8, I would suggest leaving around 7:20 as the traffic can be horrendous.

These condos are located in West Ashley and are about a 15-20 minute drive to College of Charleston. Are you looking to live within walking distance of the College? If so, you should consider Downtown Charleston (http://www.searchforcharlestonrealestate.com/downtown-charle…). Or, if you’re looking for a short driving commute, feel free to compare other West Ashley condos on my website (http://www.searchforcharlestonrealestate.com/west-ashley-rea…). Also, the Meridian Place townhouses on James Island (http://www.searchforcharlestonrealestate.com/james-island-re…) are popular among CofC and MUSC students because they offer an easy commute as well. Hope this helps!

Ashley Crossing is about 20 minutes give or take to the COC. It's not that far but you'll encounter several traffic lights which is where the time comes in. Feel free to contact me with other questions. pfernandes@carolinaone.com or http://www.PattyFernandes.com.

This property is exactly 7.7 Miles or 18 minutes to the center of campus according to Google Maps at the speed limit of course. There are several lights so 20-25 tops on an average day.

I hope this helps,
