how can I find a good real estate agent in Visitacion Valley?

interview a few agents with listings in your neighborhood. as you meet with them, you will get a good sense of who is the best match for your needs. then ask for their references and make some calls.

Of course you should talk to a few agents and do exactly what your doing now. Calling for submissions of names from agents who are actively responding to clients and the public are a good crew to chose from. One question you should ask prospective agents is how much they know about what is happening in Vis Valley. Do they know about Schlage and the other projects underway.

Wahcheck, you should interview at least three agents. Ask the agents if they know your area well, what they think your home is worth, and what their marketing plan is.

Do not hire the agent who "PROMISES" to get you the most money without a clear cut plan on how to achieve such a price.

Lastly, ask the agents for referrals from their last 3-5 transactions and call these past clients and see what they have to say.

You should feel comfortable with the agent you choose, and have a great line of communication.
