This property is not in Fernandina Beach but Westside Jacksonville. If you are trying to search for Fernandina Beach or Amelia Island, be sure to put Nassau County in your search criteria.

Fernandina is a great place, has a shrimp festival every spring, and a great history. At one time, it was the furthest southern point for the railroads, so had many winter residents. Anything else you want to know?

Good evening....and thank you for your question......This home is located in the Springwood subdivision.....in the Normandy area near Cecil Commerce Center. The home has been on the market...for rent ($850 per month) for one day.
The last two homes rented in the neighborhood were rented in 3 days and in 10 days. Five homes have sold this year. (2013)....the highest price was $150,000 and the lowest was about 50,000....2 homes were repossessed by the lenders. This is somewhat typical of neighborhoods, especially in this price range, all around the Jacksonvlille area....
If you have additional questions....please do not hesitate to ask. I hope this helped to answer your question.
