Good luck building there...you'll have about as easy a time as those squeezed in builds over on Austin at Freedom and Carmel.

?Discount? Discount for what? Being a pain to develop on a tiny, compromised lot?

If your question is: “Can I buy the lot for less?” then my suggestion is that you meet with a local Realtor and discuss that possibility. No seller in their right mind is going to answer you in an open internet forum that they are willing to give a discount from a listed price. Then every buyer would expect the same discount.

Hi Guy....everything is negotiable... if you have an agent meet with them and draw up a contract, then go from there to a meeting of the minds contractually.
