Hello,

I am a Realtor with Alain Pinel and I specialize in the Upper Rockridge, Rockridge, and Elmwood areas. I also send out a monthly update of recently sold, pending, and active properties for this area. I’d be happy to add you to our mailing list if you would like to receive this information.

By using the Trendgraphix, the change in market value for properties over $800,000 has changed from a low of $380.00 per square foot in August 2002 to a current $460.00 per square foot. The market experienced a high in 2005, 2006, and 2007 of $580.00 per square foot. The average price for sold property in 2002 was approximately $1.1, it jumped to a high of $1.6 in 05 and 06 and currently is back at $1.1 as an average in May of 08.

Best,
Mary

Good morning!

I have an interesting graph about this, but it was too large to pop into this window. Overall the market has risen from a high of a 10% increase in 2005 to 3% in 2007. I can look into a current "health of the market" through 2008 a bit later today and respond here.

Best,

Nicole
