That would likely vary depending on the type of house, age of the house and its precise location. I recently did a blog piece showing how different types of houses have varied in price in different areas, but even then I limited the study to certain types of houses within each area.…

I would also note that is a rather short time period--being only five months. Since there were no significant economic events during that period, it's likely any change was minimal and/or just seasonal.

Would it be better if I asked for all of 2011? Home was in The Ridge. Seasonally I guess is what I am looking for, too. Trying to find out the drop in sold-prices from the summer to the end of the year.
