If you choose not to use then I would suggest going through a real estate team that specializes in rentals. They can help you through the whole process and make sure that nothing is missed.

Hi Louis,

I'm an agent here in Paradise Valley and, yes, is a excellent source. I just wanted to mention you can work with a local REALTOR to help you find an appropriate seasonal rental at no cost to you, as well. It's always better to have local knowledge working for you when possible.

Yes, their are many rescources for you and Todd gave you one. You may want to simply type in Vacation Rentals in your toolbar and it will bring up many options for you to choose from.
