anyone have any data on actual SOLD prices per SF for older homes between Cherry Ln and Alta Mere...but south of I-30 and north of Hiway 80?

If you could provide a clear picture of the area that is about a mile in radius in size, square footage of target property, age of home, if it has a pool or other important factors, and if you are looking at this as buyer or seller I would be glad to try to pull some figures together for you.
