I hate to sound like a broken record,'s a seller's market!
It's a very tough market for first-time home-buyers and FHA buyers...they either need to get in early and be aggressive with new listings, or better yet, court older listings that are over a month old and may be willing to consider lower down payments. Good luck, buyers!

It's more of a sellers market now since inventory is very low and now we have multiple offer situations.

Every market is a sellers market. Just ask a Realtor.

Actually, we were in a pretty strong buyer's market for quite a while, with buyers having negotiating clout and being able to negotiate. But in the buyer's market, many buyers were waiting on the sidelines to see what was going to happen with the market. Trying to time the market can be challenging.

With the current demand in tandem with reduced supply and very low interest rates, there is no question at this point that it is a seller's market.

Without question we are in a very strong Sellers market!

An agent can provide details by each area of the City.

It's a strong seller's market in Long Beach right now, as evidenced by the low inventory and high demand, resulting in multiple offers and bidding wars. However, despite that, the low interest rates and prices (which are still low compared to the market peak), make it a good time for buyers as well. For buyers, though, patience and persistence are a must in this seller's market.

Long Beach, much like just about every area in Southern California, is a defiinte seller's market. And with no clear source of new inventory, and interest rates so low, I believe it will be a seller's market for at least another year or two.

Sellers market. Way more buyers than sellers.

Definitely a seller's market right now. Very low inventory and we're seeing bidding wars.
