Why is tax under stated? Byram tex records indicate 9213.30 !

OK, I am assuming you mean that Trulia is listing the taxes as $4,611 and then has 2010 listed after it. That is a good question. I don't know why they did that. Unfortunately, as Realtors, we do not enter that information so it is coming from their site. The assessments are correct but the tax amount is not. I agree that it is very misleading. You might get more accurate information at other sites. Feel free to visit my website, http://www.BringMeHomeNJ.com or the GSMLS.com website.
