Why aren't Owners Association fees payment frequencies listed on this App?

One good reason for you to figure out that you are best served if you are serious about buying a property to work with a local experienced Realtor, in order to get up to date information and all the details you need to know or you are interested in.... especially when it comes to associations and the fee and what is included in it, and there are so many other items you really should have a professional
on your side working for you and in y our best interest.

I agree with the others, just to add that a buyer pays nothing to a Realtor that works for them, they are compensated by the seller. Contact a professional for the right answers.

Trulia is a replicator of information from many different listing sites. Does not pay to get the info it provides. Not all sites provide the information, so to make it even, Trulia gives only what they can obtain from most sites. That is why you should contact a local agent, who will be able to give you the detailed info on any listing currently active.

Many posting do not show that:
Consider, just like Utility Bills and Taxes, it really doesn't make a bit of difference at this stage; Not until you are ready to make an OFFER, and you cannot make an OFFER through Trulia.
Your Realtor can answer all those questions; that is what we are there for.
