Anthem or Green Valley are both great investment areas, There are advantages to both. Green Valley offers more for the younger renter with freeway and airport acess.
Anthem is more family oriented and may give you a long term renter for your investment.

They are both lovely areas and can have great resale value. Have you considered looking at comps in the area with a Realtor to see which sell for higher values, pending your preferred address or subdivision? Also, you could look at both areas, examine home values, and choose the one that best suits you.

Anthem is further away from shops etc but as a living environment is superior. Prices have fallen too mych there and I suspect will rebound strongly.

No real estate sales answer here. GVR is much closer to all the action and more centrally located. That makes it the best investment.

These are just a few questions that need to be answered prior to determining which location is best for an investment there are many factors to consider.
