Emily,

North Port is one of the "hottest markets" in the country for real estate opportunities. Since auctions can result in the owner embracing a whole set of problems we recommend entering this arena with great caution and only after you understand the pros and cons of this type of transaction.

In our opinion a much safer route for today's buyers in this market is exploring the "foreclosure" market. These transactions are fairly simple and offer a home without tenants and a clear title at closing.

We would be happy to provide you with property samples for North Port.

Good luck,

Bill

Hi Emily,
If your looking strickly for auctions you can go to ww.bid4assets.com you will find home there. In this area there are not a lot of auctions, but there is an abundance of Bank Owned properties (REO's) and short sales on the market in the North Port area. If you are intersted in foreclosures please visit my website a http://www.TheEstillTeam.com.
