Hi, I am Cynthia Cormany, REALTOR, the listing agent for this property. This particular property has a two car gargage under the gazebo which is located very close to the Main house. The second Home has a covered carport. There are also 2 other additional structures for equipment, one is attached to the 4 stall barn and it has 4 spaces for parking cars or equipment. The second structure is located near the guest house, the second house, and it has 3 spaces for cars or equipment. This is a very nice property with 14.9 acres that are level and include two seperate pastures. In the past the owners have rotated the horses from one pasture to the other and sold the hay.

Are you wanting to park under a tree or near a park?

Hi Jeff,

As my fellow agents have noted, there are a number of parking options for this particular area, and the streets really are quite wide, and can often accommodate on-street parking if necessary.

I noticed too that you are a prospective homebuyer from outside the U.S., and wanted to offer you my services in locating a new home here in East Tennessee. I specialise in relocation, and am also part of the Cartus Broker Network (Cartus facilitates company relocations through referrals to top agents across the United States). It would be my pleasure to speak with you about your real estate goals, provide you helpful information about the local area, and eventually assist you in the purchase of your new home.

Please feel free to contact me by phone or text at (865) 323-1836, or by email to I am available to answer your questions at any time, and I look forward to hearing from you.

The street is also very wide in this area and lots of people park on the street in front of their home. There is usually an alley that runs behind the homes and the parking is in back on a small gravel or concrete pad.

should have an alley in the rear to access - typical of city lots - so you would park behind the house. Not sure if there's a garage. it says one car parking.
